Shared (Group) Email Box – Support@
support@employandrelate.com
- This account was created as a group Google and at times Tameaka refers to as, “support at” or “Support@”. This is the main account used to communicate with clients.
- This shared group account should be used by everyone on the team for all direct communication with anyone on behalf of Employ and Relate.
Email for Support@:
- While we funnel many of the email addresses we use during the course of business, through an email management system (Front), it’s important to understand that each of the email accounts can be accessed directly. For example, if the email address is a “Google” email address, you can log onto Google and sign in using the appropriate login information. Microsoft is the same…and some clients use other email companies.
- For support@employandrelate.com – if you are unable to get the information you need from the email management system (ex. searching for an old email), please log onto Google directly using your Employ and Relate email address. Locate your Google Groups…you should see support@employandrelate.com as one of your Groups.
Add your signature line:
When sending an email out via support@employandrelate.com unless otherwise stated, you should include your personalized signature block at the end of the email.
NOTE: If you are sending emails out on behalf of Tameaka, please use the signature block that makes sense for the email.
