Shared Email Box – HR@
The shared email box – hr@employandrelate.com was created
This account was created through G Suite and at times Tameaka refers to as, “hr at” or “HR@”.
This shared email account should be used by everyone on the team to provide direct day-to-day support to special clients (and their employees) who have contracted us for Done With You (DWY) and Done For You (DFY) HR Support Services but they HAVE NOT provided us with an email address through their company’s exchange.
Email for HR@:
- While we use an email management system (Front) to keep track of all client accounts, each of the accounts has its own separate login, outside of our email management system. The same is true for the support@ email account.
If, for some reason, you are unable to get the information you need from the email management system (ex. searching for an old email), please log onto Google directly to access HR@EmployandRelate.com.
Add your signature line:
- When sending an email out via hr@employandrelate.com unless otherwise stated, you should include your personalized signature block at the end of the email.
NOTE: If you are sending emails out on behalf of Tameaka, please use the signature block that makes sense for the email.
