Meet with Tameaka
If you don’t know already, I work by my calendar. Each person on the team is important and I want to stay connected with you.
Please do not ever take my silence as a disconnection…quite often it’s “overwhelm”. At the same time, when I catch up with my thoughts, they just come pouring out. That said, I may not send anything checking on your projects, but I do need you to stay in communication with me.
Bi-Weekly Check-in:
- At a minimum, please be sure to schedule a 20-minute, bi-weekly check-in with me. If you need to meet with me more often, or longer, please be sure to schedule time on my calendar.

Text Messaging:
I prefer that you do not send me text messages unless something is urgent or there is an emergency. The best way to get in touch with me is by calling or email.
Additionally, Voxer is a great way to get in touch if you need to tell me something important but aren’t necessarily in a position to type, or perhaps you don’t want to call. My Voxer code “tshel385”.
