Employ and Relate provides several structured support packages designed to meet varying client needs. Each package is contracted in 6-month increments, allowing clients to select the option that aligns with their mid-term HR objectives.

Clients should select a package based on their anticipated needs for the upcoming 6-month period. We offer flexibility for clients to upgrade their package during an active contract cycle if their needs expand.

Technology-Enhanced Support

Our Done With You (DWY) and Done For You (DFY) packages include proprietary HR Support Software access. This technology significantly enhances efficiency, reducing the time required for routine project and task support. It's essential that all team members become proficient with this system, as we frequently work with clients who have substantial HR needs paired with limited budgets.

Blocks of Hours packages do not include HR Support Software. Consequently, project support without software assistance may require additional time for development and research activities.

Software Management

In most client engagements, our team manages access to the HR Support Software, as we're fulfilling HR functions on behalf of our clients. This software expedites our support by providing customizable templates that we can tailor to each client's specific requirements.

Each client company requires a dedicated HR Support Software account. Multiple companies cannot share a single account. When clients purchase direct software access, they must be informed about these usage restrictions.

Ad-Hoc Services

For organizations not requiring ongoing support, Employ and Relate offers ad-hoc services. These flexible options accommodate occasional HR needs but are priced at a premium hourly rate compared to our package options.
